Insurance Accounts Receivable & Collections Executive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably Accounting.
  • Minimum 3–2 years of experience working as an insurance debt collector or insurance/medical claims department in a hospital or medical center in Bahrain.
  • Proficient in medical claim settlements, denial management, and claim resubmission processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for following up with insurers and resolving billing disputes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Valid Bahrain Driving License.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
