Insurance Accounts Receivable & Collections Executive
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably Accounting.
- Minimum 3–2 years of experience working as an insurance debt collector or insurance/medical claims department in a hospital or medical center in Bahrain.
- Proficient in medical claim settlements, denial management, and claim resubmission processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for following up with insurers and resolving billing disputes.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
- Valid Bahrain Driving License.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
