Under the supervision of senior consultants and specialists, residents are actively involved in:

• Diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions, performing patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (e.g., laboratory tests, imaging), and formulating treatment plans.
• Provide Immediate medical care in the Emergency Department, handling urgent cases and providing initial stabilization.
• Responsible for daily patient rounds, monitoring patient progress, administering medications, performing procedures, and managing inpatient care under guidance.
• In surgical departments, residents assist in various procedures, including open, laparoscopic, and surgical oncology procedures.
• Residents provide care for women relating to pregnancy, childbirth, and various gynecological conditions, including emergency care and assisting in Normal Delivery and C-sections.
