Housekeeping / Inpatient Service Coordinator (Female Only)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping/Inpatient Service Coordinator to join our hospital team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and Infection Control (NHRA/JCI).
• Conduct daily inpatient room inspections before admission and after discharge, and obtain patient feedback.
• Patient Feedback: Collect inpatient feedback and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• OPD Rounds: Conduct regular rounds in OPD waiting areas and consultation rooms to ensure cleanliness and patient comfort.
• Linen Management: Supervise the collection, segregation, counting, and distribution of linens and manage inventory.
• Ensure the proper use and availability of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospital housekeeping or healthcare facilities.
• Good knowledge of hospital cleaning, hygiene, and infection-control standards.
• Team-handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• Good command of English.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or vocational training in hospitality is preferable.
