We are Looking for a Chief Nurse – Quality & Clinical Experience

A) Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities

1. Lead and supervise the nursing department and ensure high standards of patient care.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
3. Ensure compliance with NHRA requirements and applicable healthcare regulations.
4. Monitor nursing quality indicators, patient safety, infection prevention, and clinical outcomes.

B) Education, Experience & Special Training

1. Education: BSC or Master’s degree in Nursing is an advantage.
2. Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years, including supervisory or managerial experience.
3. Valid Nursing license / With Hospital management experience.
4. Good knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety, and infection control.
